Job Title: Front of House/Office Manager

Our business is split into four different segments covering consultancy, transactional services and operations management along with a specialist housing solutions section.
Key focus of job:
- To provide a professional, proactive and efficient Front of House support and Office Management service to our HQ offices in London which occupies 11,000 sq ft over 2 floors.
Main tasks:
- Offer a full front of house service for a busy, fast-paced Reception area; meeting and greeting colleagues and clients into the office, providing a personable and professional welcome to all.
- Management and coordination of meeting rooms (including set-up and video conferencing)
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally, communicating professionally and effectively at all times.
- Ensure smooth running of internal events, booking catering facilities, organising lunches.
- Keep meetings rooms and office area tidy, and ensure the kitchen facilities are fully stocked and clean.
- Act as liaison and main point of contact in respect of the London office to all employees.
- Review and maintain cost effective administration procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office including archiving, stationery, access cards, lockers, post and courier requirements.
- Liaise with Facilities, Contractors and Building Manager regarding maintenance or cleaning issues (air conditioning, heating, toilets, power, lighting etc,) within the office/communal areas.
- Liaise with LSH FM and oversee Health and Safety and Environmental issues for the offices. [Note: Not necessarily doing the role but comfortable coordinating activities).
- Work alongside existing front of house team
- Any other duties commensurate with this level of post.
Key qualities/qualifications/experience:
- Charismatic team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and hands-on with a can-do attitude
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Good IT skills and experience of using MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use initiative to resolve problems.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills
