About The Position
- Dealing with the day-to-day property management of residential tenanted portfolios and liaising with Client Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
- Ensuring that all activities are in accordance with the service level agreements between LSH Residential Property Management and our Clients as well as industry best practice.
- This role combines private property management, corporate private rental management and social housing. Providing excellent customer service to all parties is the priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructing essential works and compliance testing to meet legislative certification requirements
- Arranging repairs and maintenance and refurbishments
- Monitoring contractors and on-site works
- Carrying out internal mid-term inspections as required
- Ensuring the properties meet compliance and Health & Safety standards
- Recording and reporting all compliance and maintenance issues
- Working to budget
- Monitoring lettings performance and void ratios Recording and reporting all financial matters
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in residential property management
- Experience is dealing with social housing Excellent communication skills
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills Driving licence
Desirable Requirements:
- ARLA, NFOPP or other relevant industry qualifications Previous experience with FIXLO, MRI, DATASTATION or other property management systems
