Lease Advisory is a core service offered by our Consultancy business segment working with our clients to offer help with lease restructuring, rent reviews and lease renewals, including more general leasing advice.

We work across all sectors of commercial property covering all aspects of retail, business space, trade counter premises, and large Industrial & Logistics centres.

We have a national service line covering the North, Midlands, South West and London and the South West to draw from. The team provides a holistic range of services covering.

• Lease renewals – for tenants; the possibility of incentives or lower rent, or the chance to minimise dilapidation liabilities. For landlord; the chance of maximising asset value and securing income
• Lease restructuring – for landlord’s we look to protect assets as an investment whereas for occupiers we strive to make substantial savings for their business.
• Lease surrender – our team will provide sound advice on the value of the remaining lease and negotiate the surrender; on behalf of tenants or landlords.
• Rent reviews – a pivotal moment for both landlords and tenants; for landlords we look to maintain income flow and for occupiers mitigate overheads.

This opportunity:

Lambert Smith Hampton are looking to expand the Midlands Lease Advisory team at a Graduate Surveyor currently undertaking their APC or a recently Chartered Surveyor, to support our head of region for Lease Advisory.  The region encompasses the whole of the Midlands giving the suitable candidate an economically vibrant and large geographical area to cover.

We are fortunate enough to have a very strong client book working with household names providing a significant work load and income stream for the right person to pick-up and manage from day one.

Lambert Smith Hampton are in a period of growth & expansion with the Midlands Lease Advisory being one of those areas we are seeking to add extra colleagues. This allows not only the opportunity to pick-up an active client book but also to look to expand revenues, win new business and support a growing team.

This opportunity exists for a:-

• A recently chartered surveyor
• A graduate surveyor currently enrolled on their APC
