A core service LSH provides is in the area of property management, where we manage a range of property assets on behalf of our clients.

Our Manchester Commercial Property Management team are looking for a Surveyor who will be client-facing and able to take on their own instructions. They will be responsible for a mixed and exciting portfolio of commercial clients.

As a Surveyor in our Manchester Property Management team, you can expect to:

• Support the head of department and the wider team with property management service delivery
• Support on accolated portfolios effectively and efficiently
• Resolve day to day management issues
• Liaising with clients, contractors and tenants on regular basis
• Work with property management accounts and ancillary services as part of providing an excellent service to our clients
• Process tenant applications and making recommendations to clients
• Be involved in tenders and presentations as part of new business drives

This opportunity:

You will get the chance to work with a vast array of different clients ranging from property developers and investors, to large corporate businesses and family businesses giving you a variety of interesting and exciting experiences. 

This opportunity exists for either:

• A Chartered Surveyor with Commercial Property Management experience (We are open to applications from Newly Qualified Surveyors, up to Senior Surveyors)
• A Commercial Property Manager with equivalent professional experience
