Lambert Smith Hampton is a leading and progressive commercial real estate consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. As a business we work with investors, developers and occupiers in both the public and private sector. A core service LSH provides is in the area of property management, where we manage a range of property assets on behalf of our clients.

In the South West and Wales region we manage assets for national contracts and also local Clients which cover a variety of asset classes, from commercial office buildings to retail parks to the largest Grade I collection of listed buildings in Europe.

In the South West and Wales we have 3.2 million sqft under management with a team structured of 4 Surveyors, 1 Apprentice Surveyor and 5 Facility Managers.  Everyone in the team is focussed on providing the best service levels we can, whilst also looking to areas of business development.  We are looking for someone who can fit into that dynamic and work autonomously or in a team as required.

As a Surveyor in our Bristol Property Management team, you can expect to:

• Support the head of department and the wider team with property management service delivery
• Work on allocated portfolios across the whole of the South West and Wales
• Working on service charges from budget creation to reconciliation
• Resolve day to day management issues
• Liaise with clients, contractors and tenants on regular basis
• Work with property management accounts and ancillary services as part of providing an excellent service to our clients
• Process tenant applications and provide recommendations to clients
• Produce Client reporting in whatever format and frequency as required
• Potential to be involved in tenders and presentations as part of new business drives
• Ensuring that internal KPI’s are achieved

• A Chartered Surveyor with Commercial Property Management experience
