We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Commercial Property Management (CPM) leadership team in Bristol.
This role offers a unique chance to work at the heart of our CPM division, supporting key leadership figures and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars and coordinating high-level meetings
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Coordinating quarterly divisional team calls
- Supporting business improvement and innovation initiatives
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
